Ingredients
• ½ red onion, finely chopped
• 125ml Rhubarb Vinegar
• ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
• ½ tsp sea salt flakes
• Fresh seafood of your choice
Method
Mix: Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Arrange: Lay out your favourite fresh seafood on a serving platter.
