We offer Australia-wide shipping, with orders processed within 2 business days. All shipments are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Most parcels are delivered within 2-5 business days.

Please Note: At this time, we regret that we are unable to ship internationally. At Lana's Garden, we understand how important it is to receive your orders on time. In the rare event of a delay, we will keep you fully informed every step of the way. Our team will promptly notify you of the delay, provide an updated delivery timeline, and work quickly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are always here to address any concerns or questions you may have.
At Lana’s Garden, quality and perfection are at the heart of everything we do. However, we understand that accidents can sometimes occur during transit.If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please reach out to us immediately at info@lanasgarden.com so we can quickly resolve the issue.As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we offer the following options depending on the nature of the issue:

- Refund
- Store Credit
This policy applies as long as the items have not been opened or tampered with and are in re-saleable condition if the wrong items have been delivered.
Important: Notification must be made within 3 days of receiving the items. Please provide the following:
- Photographic evidence of the issue
- Best before dates (if applicable)
- Product description and a detailed explanation of the issue
In some cases, we may request that the goods be returned in their original packaging to validate the claim.
Please do not dispose of damaged items until you have received authorization from us to do so.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind due to the perishable nature of the Lana’s Garden Products.
