Damaged Products
At Lana’s Garden, quality and perfection are at the heart of everything we do. However, we understand that accidents can sometimes occur during transit.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please reach out to us immediately at info@lanasgarden.com so we can quickly resolve the issue.
As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, we offer the following options depending on the nature of the issue:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store Credit
This policy applies as long as the items have not been opened or tampered with and are in re-saleable condition if the wrong items have been delivered.
Important: Notification must be made within 3 days of receiving the items. Please provide the following:
- Photographic evidence of the issue
- Best before dates (if applicable)
- Product description and a detailed explanation of the issue
In some cases, we may request that the goods be returned in their original packaging to validate the claim. Please do not dispose of damaged items until you have received authorization from us to do so.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Cancellations & Change of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind due to the perishable nature of the Lana’s Garden Products.
