Ingredients

• ⅔ cup mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp Rhubarb Sauce

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tsp horseradish

• Dash of Tabasco

• Pinch of cayenne pepper

• Salt, to taste


Method

Mix: Place all ingredients, including Rhubarb Sauce, in a bowl and stir until well combined.

Season: Add salt to taste.

Serve: Enjoy with fresh prawns or seafood of your choice.
