Ingredients

• 250g whole Brie

• ¼ cup chopped pecans

• ¼ cup Rhubarb Relish


Method

Preheat: Set oven to 180°C.

Bake: Unwrap Brie and place in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until melted through.

Top: Spoon over Rhubarb Relish and sprinkle with pecans.

Serve: Enjoy immediately with crusty bread or crackers.
