Rhubarb and Cranberry Sparkler

Ingredients

• 30ml Rhubarb Vinegar

• 15ml sugar syrup

• Sparkling water or soda water

• Ice

• Cranberries

• Mint or rosemary, to garnish


Method

Mix: Combine Rhubarb Vinegar and sugar syrup in a glass.

Top: Add ice and top with sparkling or soda water.

Garnish: Finish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint or rosemary.
