Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Honey to taste
- Natural, almond or coconut milk
- Lana’s Garden ‘Rhubarb Coulis’
- Yoghurt
- Toasted granola
Method
- Mix the milk, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl and refrigerate overnight
- Layer chia pudding, yoghurt, coulis and granola
- Enjoy!
