Rhubarb Coulis Chia Cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Honey to taste
  • Natural, almond or coconut milk
  • Lana’s Garden ‘Rhubarb Coulis’
  • Yoghurt
  • Toasted granola

Method

  1. Mix the milk, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl and refrigerate overnight
  2. Layer chia pudding, yoghurt, coulis and granola
  3. Enjoy!
