Rhubarb Matcha Latte

Ingredients

Rhubarb Base

  • 2 tbsp Rhubarb Coulis

Matcha Latte

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1-2 tsp honey (optional)

To Serve

  • Ice


Method

Prepare
Sift matcha into a cup, add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.

Assemble
Spoon rhubarb coulis into the base of a glass, add milk and then gently pour matcha over the top for the layered effect. Add ice.


A vibrant twist on a classic matcha latte with a delicate hint of vanilla & cinnamon — fresh, unexpected, and seriously good.
