Ingredients
• 12 fresh oysters
• 3 rashers streaky bacon, finely diced
• 2 tbsp Rhubarb Sauce
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
Preheat: Heat grill or BBQ on high.
Cook: Pan-fry bacon until crisp, then stir through Rhubarb Sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer gently for 1–2 minutes until glossy.
Assemble: Arrange oysters on a baking tray and spoon a little of the mixture over each oyster.
Grill: Cook for 2–3 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and slightly caramelised.
Serve: Enjoy immediately with a squeeze of lemon — and maybe a glass of something bubbly! 🍾
